C Long Studios team develope a master plan for a project by bringing all elements together into one coordinated strategy.

This includes structures and grounds, site layout, parking, service and staff areas, landscaping, environmental considerations, budget planning, and phased development.

Project evaluation, performance assessment, required investment options, and expected returns are all carefully considered.

We turn your ideas into clear, sustainable, and commercially viable concepts. This includes feasibility advice, budget awareness, programme planning, return-on-investment guidance, and the creation of masterplans and visual presentations.

Planning and Design

We create retail and commercial plans that balance strong design with practical performance. Our work includes layouts, customer flow, operational planning, activity placement, and creative solutions shaped around budget and projected performance.

Technical Delivery and Permissions

CLDs prepares technical drawings and detailed specifications using advanced AutoCAD and ArchiCAD systems, including 3D visualisation. We also manage submissions to local authorities, support planning applications, and help guide negotiations to secure the approvals needed for development.

Architectural Design and Fit-Out Planning

We produce construction plans, specifications, layouts, and fit-out proposals tailored to your project. We also support coordination with building providers, contractors and specialist shopfitters to help keep the design aligned from planning through to delivery.
